Main Accountabilitie

  • Support HSE Manager to continuous Implementation of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 documentation & implementation
  • Daily operational support of implementation of Operational HSE System in the Siegwerk Indonesia site comply to Siegwerk Global requirement and as per Local Regulation.
  • Health, Safety, & Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
  • To support execution and documentation of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Management System.
  • To support HSE manager in a regular internal HSE audit
  • To follow up the required action plans as coordinated with HSE managers.
  • To support HSE Trainings executions and documentations
  • To back up HSE manager on Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment & OH&S Risk Assessment annual review with the HSE PIC of all sections.
  • support required data support to establish occupational safety & health & environment goals and monthly HSE reporting procedures.
  • In coordination with Maintenance Team, regular checking on fire protection system (fire detector & fire fighting system).
  • Support HSE manager In coordination with Production Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, other HSE Committee Members, & other key HSE personnels
  • Support executions of emergency response team trainings
  • Support HSE logistics in Surabaya Blending Center, Inplant GG Kediri, Inplant BMJ Karawang, and other major inplants.
  • Support implementation of safety trainings and HSE inspections on site.
  • Documentation for the review on Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment & OH&S Risk Assessment.
  • Responsible daily operational monitoring of waste management practices and waste water treatment plant.
  • Support implementation of environmental monitoring and Industrial hygiene program
  • ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, & ISO 45001:2018 Accreditation Status & Quality Management System measurement
  • Regular safety inspection & training

 

What do You bring as  HSE Executive

  • Educational Background: OH&S or engineering major.
  • Certification on Safety Expert (AK3 Umum or other AK3).
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years in HSE related fields in various industries (chemical will be preferred).
  • Excellence understanding on Emergency response management.
  • Experience with ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 documentation & implementation.
  • Experience with conducting HSE trainings & toolbox meetings.
  • Experience in government reporting for OH&S & Environments.
  • Excellence in Ms. Office & additional skill in photo & video editing software will be preferred.
  • Proficienct in English (writing & oral).
