  • Product development
  • Industrialization process
  • Product cost saving development
  • Maintaining Laboratory Equipment 
  • SLOB Reduction Program
  • Support Sales, Technology Development and SCM in delivering customer solution
  • Conduct research and development programs align with the product and technology strategies
  • Providing technical advice and support project development with ink application 
  • Follow up feedback/update on new introduced product/development
  • Ensure Ink Portal implementation
  • Support technical trial, trouble shooting, and discussion with customer
  • Ensure all formulation are comply with end user regulation
  • Follow HSE, 5S and Quality Police

What do You bring as Jr. Technology Development Executive 

  • A Bachelor in Chemistry or Chemical engineering
  • Fresh graduate or someone who start to work in chemical industry/ coating, paint, or ink industry with R&D background working experience 1-2 years.
  • Basic chemical knowledge especially polymer, basic ink knowledge
  • Communication and Presentation skill
  • English conversation skill
  • Able to use MS. Office
  • Preferable has Color Matching Skill and SAP knowledge
  • Good attitude
