What You can expect as - Junior Industrialization Manager.

 

Reporting to :Head of Head of Technology Flexible Packaging, SEA

 

  • Ensure resolution of regular technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to
  • maximize customer satisfaction
  • Ensure feedback for the continuous analysis and evaluation of technology trends, markets, competitors, and customer requirements
  • Ensure maintenance of efficient customer relationships while processing product related customer requests in order to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Ensure efficient planning and use of available resources to achieve defined targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with HSE rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards within the area of responsibility
  • Ensure continuous enhancement of professional expertise to provide customers and the BU with maximal technical competence
  • Support in technical laboratory projects and activities for dedicated customers (answer customer’s enquiries, perform laboratory tests, color matching…)
  • When required, provide technical implementation of BU product / technology portfolio on site in accordance with overall BU strategies and targets
  • Carry out comprehensive Customer trials in order to support the implementation of customer related technology applications, solutions
  • Comprehensively document and report on technical activities and progress in line with defined standards
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and/or equipment modifications/adjustments
  • Participate in various inter-company and BU projects
  • Support planning and coordination of training activities for customers
  • Support technology development and analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs
  • Support sales team/marketing by preparing and gathering support documents for customer/internal presentations.

 

What do You bring as Junior Industrialization Manager.

  • Have a bachelor degree in related university degree, e.g. chemist
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in packaging or printing or chemical industry
  • Knowledge of using laboratory equipment
  •  Fluent in English.
