What You can expect as QC Supervisor.

  • Supervise QC staff in daily testing and inspection of raw materials, intermediates, and finished ink products.                                          
  • Ensure all quality control procedures are followed according to internal SOPs and industry standards.
  • Review and approve batch records, test results, and certificates of analysis.                                        
  • Monitor production processes to identify quality deviations and initiate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with R&D and production teams to resolve formulation or process-related issues."                
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.   
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare and present quality reports, trend analysis, and improvement plans to management.                   
  • Support audits (internal, customer, ISO) and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).                                   
  • Train QC personnel on testing methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.  

 

What do You bring as QC Supervisor.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QC within ink, paint, coatings, or chemical manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with analytical instruments (e.g., viscometer, spectrophotometer, pH meter).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements relevant to ink production.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
