What You can expect as QC Supervisor.
- Supervise QC staff in daily testing and inspection of raw materials, intermediates, and finished ink products.
- Ensure all quality control procedures are followed according to internal SOPs and industry standards.
- Review and approve batch records, test results, and certificates of analysis.
- Monitor production processes to identify quality deviations and initiate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to resolve formulation or process-related issues."
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and present quality reports, trend analysis, and improvement plans to management.
- Support audits (internal, customer, ISO) and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Train QC personnel on testing methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.
What do You bring as QC Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QC within ink, paint, coatings, or chemical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with analytical instruments (e.g., viscometer, spectrophotometer, pH meter).
- Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements relevant to ink production.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
