What You can expect as Senior QA Executive.
Reporting to Quality Manager, ID and ISO Coordinator
- Implementing the safety behavior program by conducting regular safety walks, ensuring operators comply with applicable safety regulations, and providing feedback to area owners.
- Acting as a role model for the safety program being implemented.
- Coordinating the management of customer complaints for Siegwerk Indonesia as a whole using the Ink Portal. Ensuring timely responses to customers that meet their expectations, with clearly defined preventive actions.
- Supporting internal and external audit programs for the ISO 9001 management system.
- Executing the ISO management review program and collaborating with all teams to improve the management system at Siegwerk Indonesia.
- Serving as a local expert in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with relevant teams to determine action plans for each customer complaint, internal audit, external audit, customer audit, quality improvement (FTG), and management system monitoring.
- Identifying and completing projects with the main theme of improving overall product quality and increasing efficiency in the product inspection process.
- Monitoring the overall performance of quality assurance at Siegwerk Indonesia.
Qualifications/Competences
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 5 years experienced in Quality & Quality Assurance
- Leadership and Communication. Have record of leading QA in organization and direct communication to Customer.
- Knowledgeable with Quality Assurance and have record in completing QA issue in operation
- Advance level for Ms Office. Especially Excel & Power Point
- Advance English language
