职位目标:
为窄幅轮转事业部的印刷及包装客户提供专业的现场油墨解决方案。
工作职责:
1. 独立完成驻厂油墨房日常工作管理 (数据记录、5S保持、设备仪器维护等)。
2. 独立完成油墨配色工作：熟练操作人工和自动配色。
3. 按客户质量控制要求，及时并准确地按照客户订单要求完成油墨制备工作。
4. 按客户生产要求，对现场回墨进行管控和应用。
5. 协助客户现场解决与印刷油墨相关的印刷故障。
6. 根据客户产品和现场库存量及时有效沟通，协助客户合理做好安全库存保障。
7. 能够专业地向客户推荐并应用公司的产品。
8. 主动跟进客户新项目，争取让客户第一时间优先选择使用盛威科的产品。
9. 遇到现场产品应用问题，及时向直属领导反馈信息。
10. 认真准确地完成公司要求的工作文档（如工作交接表、工作报告等）。
任职要求:
1. 高中或中技或以上学历，印刷相关专业更佳。
2. 有油墨驻厂经验或1年以上印刷领域相关工作经验（懂印刷机操作经验者优先）。
3. 对柔印油墨使用有一定了解，配色经验丰富（接触并使用过UV柔版油墨者优先）。
4. 对色彩敏感。
5. 熟练使用基本的电脑办公软件。
6. 良好的语言沟通及现场解决问题能力。
7. 工作认真，具有良好的团队合作精神。
8. 适应驻厂工作（有加班和倒班）。
