Your Tasks – What You can expect as Global Talent Management & -Development Specialist (f/m/d)?

• Performance Management Process (PMP): You manage the integrated process and ensure that all critical steps are prepared, implemented and followed-up on. You act as first level support for regional & local HR. You also prepare continuous communication and analysis for HR.

• Regional and Functional Talent Reviews: You build upon the existing concept and manage the sustainable implementation of the process, including talent assessment, succession planning and development plan execution. You act as first level support throughout the Talent Review process and help with with regional meetings and generate board presentations.

• Global Talent Continuity program 'Global Growth Pool': You implement a program, which supports with identifying and retaining key talents, helping them grow and keeping them visible within Siegwerk.

• Global Assessment Tools: You act as single point of contact for Siegwerk specific assessment tools (360° Feedback, Hogan), measure success and continuously look out for additional assessment approaches to better identify and support talent with the individual development process.

• Depending on your area of interest and capacity, you may also support other projects, related to the following topics - Leadership Development, L&D and Organizational Development, Culture & Change management as well as Engagement & Recognition.

Your Profile – What do You bring as Global Talent Management & -Development Specialist (f/m/d)?

• You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, (Business-) Psychology, Business Administration or in a related field.

• You have a strong background in Human Resources with min. 5 years of proven experience in talent management and development.

• You have the ability to propose new ideas and negotiate with senior stakeholders. Ideally you have gained first moderation experience.

• You are experienced in stakeholder management and project management as well as personality assessments, a Hogan certification would be a plus.

• You are able to work independently and collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization.

• You have excellent communication skills in English, other languages would be a plus.
