Main Responsabilities: 

 

Recruitment and Selection Process

  • Support hiring managers in the process of approving requisitions on our internal platform, keeping them updated in the system, as well as updated in our corporate guidelines
  • Track the process comprehensively on the internal platform (Success Factors) from the generation of the requisition to the approval of the offer.
  • Design recruitment strategies based on the different challenges in the areas
  • Job posting
  • Selection of quality candidates based on the Job profile required by the Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure quality candidates with the first filter of interviews.
  • Compliance with the SLA defined by every position as well as with our Corporate policies and guidelines
  • Job references process of candidates at all levels.
  • Coordination of legal and socioeconomic studies, in order to ensure and be certain of the candidates' background considering our codes of conduct.
     

Personnel Hiring  and Individual Employment Contracts:

  • Preparation of salary proposals based on our internal compensation package in line with the level of position, role and responsibility and Country job scales
  • Management of medical entrance studies in conjunction with the area of occupational medicine.
  • Preparation of employee files, physical and electronic, in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of individual employment contract, according to position level.
  • Monitoring of individual work contracts and evaluations in probation periods.
  • Validate that the new employee has completed its onbaording process.
  • Internal Communication preparation to announce the incorporation of a new employee

 

KPIs Recruiting preparation:

  • Tracking of the positions covered, positions in process, open positions
  • Prepare the analysis of the turnover and advise to the rest of the areas to work together in the actions to improve turnover if this was related to a short period of stay in the company, or linked to recruitment processes.

Your Profile - What do You bring as title?

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or similar

  • English Fluent

  • Have worked previously with Success Factors  (SAP)

  • 5 years working in Recruitment process in Manufacturing companies

  • General knowledge about Human resources area and process

  • Microsoft office (Excel advanced)
