Role Purpose:

Support supply of raw materials and packaging at optimum cost within group policies and guidelines. Keep updated raw material prices and suppliers information.

Main Accountabilities:

1.   Competitive raw material prices (including packaging)

2.   Sources with adequate quality,  raw materials available in the required time frame at the right price

3.  Optimization and execution of raw materials processes

4.  Participate in negotiations with raw material providers

5.  Coordinate with Procurement and TD on all aspects of raw materials and suppliers. Active participation in BYTE projects.

6.  Assist determination whether to use supplier again or seek out higher quality or more cost-effective providers

7.  Review terms of contracts and negotiations with raw material suppliers, licenses, insurance and liability agreements for sources

8. Keep prices of raw materials updated in SAP (IRs), and  in the other spread sheets or data basis required

9. Keep suppliers information updated and available

10. Request samples of materials and follow up on their delivery and feedback to the supplier

11. Prepare presentations of raw materials KPIs, and price development

12. Search of alternative raw materials and suppliers

13.  Provide price comparisons and price development information to requesters

Your Profile - What do You bring as title?

• Advanced English
• Advanced Excel including macros, dynamic spreadsheets, Power BI, SAP desirable.
• Bachelor degree in logistics, engineering, operations
• Experience in material planning, operations, sourcing
• Exemplary research and analytical skills. Careful with sensitive information
• Background in negotiation or contract admin
• Team work, process and guidelines alignment
