Role Overview

Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Sr. Manager/Manager-Technology Development (f/m/d):

1. Lead development / localization/ scale up activities as well as responsible for maintenance of polyurethane resins and SCM support.

2. Lead analytical activities and to support all departments for routine analysis, deformulation, PS&R related activities.

3. Coordinate with third party labs for different analysis as per requests from different business units.

4. Development and implementation of innovative R & D processes and solutions related to polyurethane chemistry and analytical.

5. Management of Analytical and PU lab activities and coordinate with external clients for smooth lab operations.

6. Continuous evaluation and analysis of technology trends, markets and competitors as well as customer requirements to develop requirements to develop state-of-the-art technology applications, services and solutions .

7. . Daily resource planning for polyurethane resins development and analytical lab.

8. Ensure that reporting work is completed on timely basis and properly documented.

9. Training and development of staff in raw material knowledge .

Your Profile – What do You bring as Sr. Manager/Manager-Technology Development (f/m/d): (f/m/d): 

1. M.sc/ MTech/PhD in Organic or polymer chemistry.

2. Min. 8-10 years comprehensive experience in defined technology environment in R&D of resin development with focus on polyurethane chemistry.

3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling analytical instruments like GC, GC mass, FTIR and GPC will be add advantage.

4. Knowledge of third party analysis lab will be added advantage.

5. Min 3 years managerial experience
