Your Tasks – What you can expect as Sales Manager Narrow Web:

• Develop profitable and sustainable sales to expand the market share
• Establish and maintain reliable contacts to major market partners and different stakeholders in the printing and packaging industry
• Manage accounts and negotiate contracts
• Draw, agree and realize on the annual sales budget
• Find the best balance between customer attention and sales efficiency
• Monitor and analyze the UV/ LED Flexo packaging market within the area of responsibility
• Cooperate closely with an international network of highly skilled colleagues across Europe

Your Profile – What do you bring as Sales Manager Narrow Web:

• You bring several years of sales experience, ideally for Narrow Web (Self Adhesive Labels, Shrink Sleeve Labels, IML etc.) applications?
• You have strong B2B negotiation skills, are fact based and “good in numbers”?
• You define as a “hunter” with strong action and implementation orientation?
• You are able to operate in an international environment and have a direct and open communication style in order to communicate on all business levels?
• You are familiar with common MS Office and CRM tools (Sales Force, Dynamics) applications?
• You are able to work independently, but at the same time team-oriented on common goals?
