Location: Dubai

Your Tasks - What you can expect?

• Being major contact and entry point for any customer interaction and requests
• Perform all kind of order entry, order processing and preparation of order confirmation, delivery and invoicing
• Coordination of deliveries and returns
• Monitor contract conditions, update payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus
• Manage consignment stocks
• Create and maintain customer master data
• Provide sales statistics and other reporting
• Support the sales representative and cover general office clerk tasks

Your Profile - What do you bring?

• Based on a completed commercial training, you gained relevant professional experience in a sales/ customer service function, ideally including import/export business and experience in a Free Zone company
• Independent and structured way of working
• High developed customer and service orientation and mind-set
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Very good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
