Your Tasks -  What You can expect as Head of Technical Customer Service – Flexible Packaging Italy (f/m/d):

 

  • You are responsible for the efficient and effective customer technical support in regard to applications solutions and services to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives.
  • You manage a team to support the local implementation of strategies.
  • You take care of the implementation of standard technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements.
  • You develop formulas and solutions to meet customer specifications, and support the Technology Team in customer claims to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • You provide technical support to the supply chain and the sales team for the preparation of files and responses to calls for tenders.
  • You do a continuous local market and competitor observation to ensure the development of competitive applications and solutions to respond to market and customer needs.
  • You work internationally and cooperate with the teams in Germany and France.

 

Your Profile - What do You bring as Head of Technical Customer Service – Flexible Packaging Italy (f/m/d):

 

  • Based on a completed university degree (chemical technology) you have gained minimum 5 years comprehensive experience in defined packaging industry, preferably in the ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.).
  • You gained leadership experience in working in an international environment.
  • You have excellent communication and project management skills.
  • You bring very good stakeholder management skills and you are characterized by a customer-oriented approach.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English.
