Your Tasks -  What You can expect as Department Leader Application Technology (f/m/d):

The Department Leader Application Technology (f/m/d) ensures the development and implementation of customer technology applications, solutions and services in coordination with OFC team partner(s) to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives.

• You are responsible for the efficient and effective customer technical support in regard to applications solutions and services to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives.

• You manage a team to support the local implementation of strategies decided by management & OFC team.

• You take care of the implementation of standard technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements.

• You develop formulas and solutions to meet customer specifications.

• You provides technical support to the supply chain and the sales team for the preparation of files and responses to calls for tenders.

• You do regular customer visits.

• You cooperate with the center of competences for the development of identified technology solutions and ensure compliance with customer and market needs.

• You do a continuous local market and competitor observation from the technology point of view to ensure the development of competitive applications and solutions to respond to market and customer needs.

• You support the Technology Team in customer claims to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.

• You ensure compliance with HSE rules, quality standards as well as GMP in the area of responsibility.

• You are responsible for the Technology application on "group rules" to ensure international accounts have state-of-the-art technology solutions.

• You take care of an accurate reporting to RTD AT on above mentioned activities.

• You cooperate with technology counterparts within the Group.

• You support overall regional/BU strategy and objectives.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Department Leader Application Technology (f/m/d):

• Based on a completed university degree (chemical technology) you have gained minimum 5 years comprehensive experience in defined packaging industry, preferabably in ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.).
• You gained leadership experience in working in an international environment.

• You have excellent communication and project management skills.
• You have experience with leading a team efficiently.
• You bring very good stakeholder management skills and you are characterized by a customer-oriented approach.
• You are able to communicate clearly and correctly in Italian and English.
