Operational Excellence Manager, Asia

Role Purpose:

1. Harmonize Common production processes across three subregions with the support of subregional SCM Heads.
2. Helps subregions in Industrialization of new technology products or new generation machine.
3. Drive quality and efficiency topics in the Asia Region.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Support to Head of SCM, Asia to harmonize production processes of common products in Asia. 
2. Drive operational excellence topics in Asia with the support of SCM heads. 
3. Monitor and support subregions in achieving CIP targets. 
4. Help in industrialization of new products and new machines in accordance with Global Production Technology.
5. Ensure diffusion of best practices.
6. Provide support on ad-hoc process engineering request/problem solving from local team”.
7. Prepare monthly report and presentation on the above topics.
8. Perform training on operational excellence, ex. Lean, 6-Sigma, with help of HR.    
9. Benchmarking in accordance with GSCM.
10. Drive quality and efficiency improvements with Global Production Technology and Global Operational Excellence.
11. Drive local organizations to improve master data quality. 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Engineering. 
2. 10 year+ experience in operational excellence and or Process engineering.
3. Experience in handling projects across different countries.
4. Fluency in English.
