Purpose Statement:

Manage technical applications in Flexible Packaging Inks for Vietnam. The position ultimately is responsible for technical application and project from the beginning to the end.  He/She must have exceptional organizational, leadership and client management skills for successful project implementation. His/Her task includes implementation application and updates technology to technical team in Vietnam.

Main Accountabilities

1.            Estimating duration and resource requirements.

2.            Implementation of technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements Facilitating / setting of technical, functional and business requirements.

3.            Ensure technical service to all customers within available resources.

4.            Manage and ensures the implementation of test runs of existing product for new customers.

5.            Working with functional and resource managers to acquire needed resources.

6.            Leading technical projects to overall success.

7.            Developing detailed project plans including resource plans.

8.            To liaise with Head of Technology to ensure day – to – day running laboratory

9.            To liaise with country manager searching for laboratory equipment to ensure quality systems fulfills customer requirements.

10.          Support the capital expenditure projects (technical) to meet the demands of Siegwerk Vietnam growing activities.

11.          People Development – evaluate capabilities of team below , find the gap arrange necessary actions to bridge the gap and fit for job (capable & trustful organization)

Key Performance Indicators :  

1.            Implement the strategy of the Flexible BU in Vietnam.

2.            Report to the Head of Technology FP BU, SEA on progress on strategy implementation.

3.            Ensure that problems and ideas are discussed and solved in the most efficient manner.

4.            Ensure that resources deployed are efficiently and effectively used to deliver with the minimum of unnecessary duplication.

5.            Ensure that technical developments elsewhere are efficiently integrated into Vietnam.

Qualification:

•             University degree (technology)

•             5-10 years’ experience in industrial sector (technology)

•             Vietnam domestic experience

•             Specialized knowledge – Highly Developed

•             Staff development – Developed

•             Goal and result orientated – Highly Developed
