Sr. Business Analyst

Role purpose

Implement and manage the CRM as well as the commercial tools analysis.Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects in Commercial Excellence ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals.

Main Responsibilities

 

Ensure

  • CRM implementation and administration to ensure data and operational efficiency
  • Database development and administration
  • Commercial Reports and KPI´s
  • Definition of Commercial project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Planning and schedule of project timelines

Carry out

  • CRM Key User and Regional Support
  • Commercial analysis, measurements and follow-up of Sales reports
  • Implement a consistent pricing structure and analysis for marginal contribution compliance
  • Forecast management: analysis, development and implementation of tools to improve forecast assertiveness
  • Implementation and management project changes and interventions to achieve project output
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Client portfolio contribution margin monitoring
  • Compliance with Commercial indicators and KPI's

Support:

  • provide direction and support to commercial project team
  • project evaluations and assessment of results
