Your Tasks - What can you expect?

• In close cooperation with our sales managers and the internal laboratory organization, you will ensure excellent customer support and solutions for our narrow web customers.
• You will be responsible for the technical support, product consultancy as well as product implementation for customers and market partners.
• You will be involved in printing trials and tests and organize laboratory projects and activities.
• You provide support for existing customers as well as support the further development of the customer base.
• In your daily contact you will shape customer relationships.

Your Profile - What do you bring?

• Based on a completed education, you have gained relevant professional experience in the printing industry.
• You have sound technical printing knowledge, especially in the areas of UV/LED flexo.
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills and are characterized by an independent way of working with a problem-solving mindset.
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
• You are willing to undertake frequent business trips
